Jacek Olechowski
Partner, CEO
Jacek is a serial entrepreneur since 1996. Alongside his role at Mediacap, where he focuses on M&A he’s a co-founder at Mubi.pl (online insurance comparison) and a shareholder at Budlex (residential real estate). He helped create several successful ventures in the past, including: MJM Holdings (exit: 2024), rankomat.pl (exit: 2015), Group One (exit: 2014). Jacek is Young Global Leader (class of ’06) and serves as: Chair of the Polish Business Roundtable Foundation, Board Member & Country Chair of Global Dignity; supervisory board member at: PWN SA, IAA Poland and Friends of the National Museum Association. He holds an MA in Finance & Banking from Warsaw School of Economics and is an alumnus of Kennedy School of Government (Harvard University) Global Leadership & Public Policy for the 21st Century program and Georgetown Leadership Seminar.
Edyta Gurazdowska

Edyta’s primary areas of expertise are M&A, finance, and operational optimization. Since the age of 27, she has been financial director of several companies including Mediacap, Change Integrated and served on the management boards of numerous media companies. Edyta is part of Mediacap’s board since 2008. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Economics in Wroclaw and has completed the international ACCA qualifications (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
Marcin Jeziorski

Marcin has over 20 years of experience in media and marketing communications, having held senior roles at: D’Arcy, Saatchi&Saatchi, Young & Rubicam. Since 2011 he is part of Mediacap, initially as CEO of Scholz & Friends Warsaw (currently Freundschaft Group), where he led a restructuring and 10x scale-up process. He is also a key force behind our consolidation strategy at LTTM. His current focus is the commercial oversight of our portfolio companies and new markets expansion. Since 2018, Marcin sits on the board of Polish advertising association SKM SAR.
